The 02 is a gourmet restaurant offering contemporary cuisine, located at the prestigious Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem. Its eclectic style, featuring classic as well as modern elements, creates an atmosphere that is cool and elegant. Influenced by the original geometry of the structure, which was built in the early 1980s, the geometrically composed floor features two types of stone – dark and light gray – which give a great deal of space and a cohesive appearance with a local reference. Local art, textiles and craftsmanship bring life and color, as well as the various types of tiling selected for the project – some new, some from restored materials – and all these together create an experience of connectedness and add an interesting and historical layer to enrich the structure as a whole.
